???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
You are NOT just “running ads.”
You are responsible for driving revenue through paid acquisition.
Core Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta + Google
• Develop and test high-converting creatives (UGC, static, video)
• Optimize campaigns based on real performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR)
• Analyze funnel performance (lead ? booked ? show ? close)
• Work closely with sales + operations to improve conversion
• Manage and optimize budgets daily
• Launch and warm up new ad accounts
• Continuously test new angles, hooks, and offers

???? Must-Have Experience (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS)
• Proven experience running ads for high-ticket offers ($2k+)
• Experience in functional medicine, telehealth, wellness, or longevity
• Strong understanding of:
• Lead generation funnels
• Appointment booking flows
• Sales conversion metrics
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads + Google Ads
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
• Fluent English (written + spoken)
