JOB OVERVIEW

Pivyt is a US-based (Pennsylvania) done-for-you marketing agency running paid media, SEO, content, and web development for roughly 17 active clients — med spas, restaurants, home services, property management, gun ranges, and DTC ecommerce brands.

We manage real budgets for real small businesses. When tracking breaks, a client's lead cost doubles overnight and they feel it in their bank account. That's why this role exists.

The Role — Read This First

The founders own strategy. You own implementation.

We d ---------- the offer, the angles, the budget allocation, and the campaign structure. You build it, launch it, wire up the tracking, and make sure every piece talks to every other piece correctly. Then you keep it healthy — monitoring, optimizing within the strategy we've set, and telling us fast when something is off.

This is not a role where you'll be asked to invent the plan. It is a role where you're expected to have strong opinions about execution, catch our mistakes, and push back when a structure won't work technically. We want someone who says "that campaign objective won't fire the event you want — here's why."

If you want to be the strategist, this is the wrong post. If you want to be the person who makes everything actually work — and be genuinely valued for it — keep reading.

What You'll Do

Campaign Build & Launch

Build Meta campaigns end to end: campaign/ad set/ad structure, audiences, placements, budgets, creative uploads, UTM tagging
Build Google campaigns: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display — keywords, match types, negatives, ad groups, RSAs, extensions/assets
Launch on schedule and QA every campaign before it spends: correct pixel, correct conversion event, correct landing page, correct geo, correct budget
Set up and maintain conversion actions, custom conversions, and audience segments
Manage Google Merchant Center and shopping feeds for our ecommerce clients

Tracking & Measurement (this is the differentiator)

Install and configure Meta Pixel plus Conversions API — server-side, deduplicated, with proper event IDs
Set up and debug Google Tag Manager containers: triggers, variables, dataLayer pushes, server-side GTM where needed
Configure GA4 properly: events, key events/conversions, audiences, cross-domain, and Google Ads linking
Verify Meta Event Match Quality and fix low scores
Handle Aggregated Event Measurement, domain verification, and iOS attribution setup
Set up call tracking, form tracking, and offline conversion imports back into the ad platforms
Wire conversions from GoHighLevel (our CRM) back into Meta and Google so we're optimizing on real leads and sales, not form fills
Ecommerce tracking on Shopify: purchase events, Elevar, Klaviyo integration, CAPI

Ongoing Management

Monitor daily. Catch disapprovals, spend anomalies, tracking drops, and delivery issues before the client does.
Optimize within the strategy we've set: budget pacing, bid adjustments, negative keywords, audience exclusions, creative rotation, killing losers
Maintain reporting dashboards; pull weekly and monthly numbers per client
Write a short plain-English summary of what happened, what you changed, and what you'd flag
Audit new client accounts during onboarding and document what's broken

General

Communicate proactively in ClickUp and Slack. If something breaks, we hear it from you first.
Document your setups so someone else can pick them up
Record short Looms explaining what you built or changed
Required Experience
3+ years managing Meta and Google Ads professionally. Both. Not "mostly Meta with some Google exposure."
Verifiable history managing real budgets — tell us the monthly spend you've personally been responsible for
Deep, hands-on tracking implementation experience. Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GTM, GA4. You should be able to explain event deduplication and why a purchase might get double-counted without looking it up.
Comfortable reading the dataLayer and debugging with Meta Pixel Helper, GA4 DebugView, GTM Preview, and Tag Assistant
Basic HTML/JavaScript literacy — enough to read a tag, spot a broken script, and write a dataLayer push
Google Merchant Center and shopping feed experience
Strong written English — you're writing reports we forward to clients
Reliable internet and a computer that can run multiple ad accounts and browser profiles at once
Nice to Have
Server-side GTM (Stape or similar)
GoHighLevel
Shopify, Klaviyo, or Elevar
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Looker Studio dashboard building
Local service business lead gen specifically (med spas, home services, restaurants)
n8n, Zapier, or Make for conversion data pipelines
Who This Is Not For
Anyone whose tracking experience stops at pasting a pixel into a website builder
Anyone who has only run ads for their own business or a handful of friends
Anyone who wants to set strategy. We've been clear about that on purpose.
Anyone running client accounts on the side. This is a full-time seat and you'll have access to client ad accounts and payment methods.
What You Get
Steady, long-term full-time work with a stable agency
Paid twice monthly, on time, every time
Philippine holidays observed
Paid time off after 6 months
Real budgets and real accounts — you'll build things properly instead of patching someone else's mess
We pay for tools, certifications, and training
