We’re a growing beauty business with both service-based offers and professional training programs. We’re looking for a senior media buyer to own paid ads across Meta and Google, ensure tracking is set up correctly, and help us test and scale offers.
This role is front-loaded: heavier involvement during the first 30–60 days for setup, then reduced hours focused on optimization and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta
• Launch and test campaigns for multiple offers (services and training)
• Structure campaigns for lead generation and booked appointments
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences
• Monitor CPL / CPA and optimize for efficiency
Tracking & Attribution (Critical)
• Set up and verify:
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion API (CAPI)
• Google Ads conversion tracking
• GoHighLevel event tracking (form submissions, booked appointments)
• Ensure Booked Appointment events are tracked accurately
• Prevent double counting and validate data in Events Manager / GA
Funnels & Landing Pages
• Build and optimize landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel
• Ensure clear messaging, fast load speed, and mobile optimization
• Clone and adapt funnels for new offers or locations as needed
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperformers
• Provide simple, clear weekly performance updates (no agency fluff)
Strategic Input
• Provide recommendations on:
• Offer positioning
• Pricing tests
• Scaling decisions
• Flag issues early and suggest next tests
• Share insights to improve overall ad performance
Requirements
• 2+ years managing Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel builders
• Comfortable working independently and owning results
• Clear communication and proactive problem-solving
• Experience with local service businesses is a plus
