We are looking for a Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns for SaaS companies — from early-stage founders to established SaaS businesses. Your role will be to manage campaign performance, help clients hit their growth milestones, and ensure ad spend drives measurable ROI.
Your Role
As a Media Buyer, you will manage paid acquisition campaigns primarily on Meta
This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on campaign management, and continuous creative testing. You won’t just run ads — you’ll help optimize the entire SaaS acquisition funnel.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns for SaaS clients (Meta Ads required)
• Build campaign structures, targeting strategies, and budgets aligned with client ICPs
• Continuously test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance
• Monitor KPIs including CPL, CAC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and demo bookings
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure campaigns support client acquisition goals
• Identify funnel bottlenecks (traffic ? lead ? demo ? close) and recommend improvements
• Stay updated on advertising platform changes and SaaS growth strategies
• Communicate campaign performance and insights clearly
Requirements
You are a great fit if you:
• Have 2+ years experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads required)
• Have experience with B2B SaaS or high-ticket offers
• Have strong English communication skills
• Are analytical and comfortable working with campaign data
• Are proactive and constantly testing new ideas
• Understand SaaS funnels (demo bookings, sales calls, retention)
• Can manage multiple ad accounts and budgets simultaneously
Bonus if you have experience with:
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads
• SaaS product launches
• Funnel optimization
Success Metrics
• Campaign ROI within 30–40 days of launch
• Consistent qualified demo bookings at target CPL
• Optimization cycles within 48–72 hours when performance drops
• Strong client satisfaction and retention
• Ability to scale profitable campaigns
Salary
$2,000 – $4,000/month + performance bonuses
(Top performers can reach $7,000+ OTE)
