We're a growing e-commerce brand looking for a performance-driven media buyer to own our paid social channels. You'll be responsible for scaling our ads profitably across
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on
- Test creatives, audiences, and offers continuously to find what scales
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting accordingly
- Work closely with our content team to brief and iterate on ad creatives
- Report on key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR — and translate data into clear next steps
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record running profitable
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager — campaigns, ad sets, creative testing
- Experience scaling budgets without killing performance
- Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling
- Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Google Ads, or TikTok Shop
