We're a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand. We drive paid traffic on
This role lives inside Meta Ads Manager. If you don't know Ads Manager like the back of your hand, this isn't the role for you.
The core of the job — running the account
Build, launch, duplicate, and schedule campaigns / ad sets / ads at high volume — 1,000+ ads a month, exact naming conventions, clean structure, zero errors
Get creative into the account fast. You're the bridge between the creative lead and live spend — briefs come out the other end as launched ads, not a backlog.
Own the KPIs. nCPA anchored to AOV is the north star. You watch spend, CPA, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR daily and you know what each one is telling you.
Analyze and act: what to kill, what to scale, what to duplicate, what's creative fatigue vs. audience fatigue vs. a bad landing experience. You bring reads and recommendations, not just screenshots.
Insane attention to detail. Every launch goes through QA: right creative, right copy, right URL, right naming, right settings — every single time. At this volume, sloppy work breaks the account.
Own rejections and disabled ads: appeals, Meta Business support chats, getting ads back live fast, keeping the account healthy
Keep daily reporting current in Google Sheets: what's live, what's spending, what's working, what got cut and why
We use admanager.ai for launching and account management — experience with it is preferred but not necessary, we'll get you up to speed
Also on your plate — coordination
Work directly with the creative lead: feed back what's winning and what's dying so the next round of briefs is built off real data, not guesses
Help keep the creative pipeline moving — briefs assigned, editors on track, statuses always current
Manage review/handoff flow in
Proficient in Google Sheets; experience in Notion or Airtable is a big plus
Requirements
Extensive hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience. You've launched thousands of ads and managed real daily spend. Campaign structure, CBO/ABO, duplication, naming conventions, scheduling, rejections, appeals, Meta support — all second nature. This is the #1 requirement, no training on this.
You can actually analyze performance data and defend a decision. Tell us why you killed it or scaled it.
DTC brand experience. You've worked inside a real DTC ecom brand (supplements a big plus) driving traffic directly to product pages.
Extremely organized and detail-obsessed. Trackers updated daily without reminders, QA checklists followed every time.
Available EST hours, full-time, and willing to work a 6th day when the business needs it.
Bonus (not required): admanager.ai, Zapier/Make automations,
