The Role
As a Media Buyer, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of
What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and launch campaigns in
- Manage and pace budgets against KPIs; reallocate spend toward winners in real time.
- QA all assets and flows pre-launch (ad copy/creatives, URLs, pixels, events, landing pages, checkout).
- Moderate ad comments (hide/delete/reply as appropriate) to protect brand and conversion.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and limits; escalate risks early.
- Maintain clear performance reporting in Google Sheets; summarize insights and next steps.
- Partner with the CEO, video editor, and EA; attend a weekly stand-up with concise updates.
- Proactively propose tests (creatives, angles, audiences, funnels) and process improvements.
- Stable account health and policy compliance.
What You Bring
- Minimum IQ of 120
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years hands-on media buying for E-commerce on
- Strong performance marketing mindset: comfortable with hypotheses, rapid testing, and data-driven decisions.
- Advanced Ads Manager skills; working knowledge of Events Manager, pixels/API, ad account, audiences, and attribution.
- High attention to detail; excellent written English; organized and deadline-reliable.
- Ownership mentality—able to work independently, surface risks, and take initiative without micromanagement.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, basic charting) and structured reporting.
