MEDIA BUYER JOB POST

Media Buyer (Meta Ads) – Remote
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This is not a beginner's role.
You will be responsible for performance, decision-making, and consistency across a portfolio of clients in the home improvement space.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven decisions
Working closely with internal teams (CSMs, SDRs, creatives)
Ensuring campaigns are delivering consistent lead flow and results

Requirements
Minimum $250,000 in ad spend managed (must be proven)
At least 4+ years of experience running Meta ads
Experience working with local service businesses
Strong preference for home improvement experience (bathrooms, kitchens, windows, roofing, etc.)
Previous agency experience (managing multiple clients at once)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and team collaboration
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Working Hours
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Compensation
£2,000/month base salary ($2,650)
£500/month performance bonus ($650)
Bonuses are tied directly to performance.
If you are not hitting the required standard, this role is not for you.

You must not be working with any other clients or agencies.
