JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer and Copywriter
Part-time with potential to move into full-time

We’re looking for a Junior/mid-level or senior (minimum 3+ years experience) ads specialist who knows how to build and scale lead generation campaigns, experience in the beauty, skin, cosmetic or aesthetic space is a great bonus.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end to end Meta campaigns for lead generation
- Writing clear, compliant and conversion-focused ad copy (we will help educate you on this)
- Reviewing performance metrics and recommending improvements
- Optimising campaigns based on data, not assumptions
- Identifying whether results need changes in offer, creative or campaign setup
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics including CPL, CAC, LTV and lead quality
- Creating scaling strategies based on both ad metrics and client business metrics
- Spotting opportunities to improve performance across the whole acquisition funnel
- Working with our internal team to ensure consistent monthly results for clients

What we’re looking for:
- Junior/mid-level or senior minimum 3+ years experience in Meta lead generation
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation
- Ability to diagnose why a campaign isn’t performing
- Confident with metrics beyond the ad account, including LTV:CAC
- Comfortable writing ad copy for different treatments and service types
- Experience working with beauty or aesthetic clinics is a strong bonus
- Strong attention to detail with reporting and tracking
- Someone who takes ownership and can think strategically

Bonus skills
- Understanding of compliance for health and beauty advertising in Australia
- Experience with Go High Level, Canva, Google Ads
- Ability to map basic funnels and recommend better follow-up processes
