JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Media Buyer and Copywriter | Full-Time

Media Waffle is an Australian agency helping beauty and aesthetic clinics fill their books with Meta ads, CRM automation and strong offers. We're looking for an experienced freelance Meta ads specialist who's ready to step away from juggling clients and move into a full-time role with one team.

This role is for freelancers only. If you currently run an agency or white-label business, this isn't the right fit.

You'll need at least 3 years of hands-on experience building and scaling Meta lead generation campaigns. Experience in the beauty, skin, cosmetic or aesthetic space is a big bonus.

What you'll be doing

Managing Meta lead generation campaigns end to end, from setup through to scaling
Writing clear, compliant and conversion-focused ad copy (we'll help train you on clinic compliance)
Designing ad creatives in Canva (statics, carousels and story formats)
Reviewing performance and recommending improvements
Optimising campaigns based on data, not assumptions
Working out whether results need a change in offer, creative or campaign setup
Tracking and reporting on CPL, CAC, LTV and lead quality
Building scaling plans based on both ad metrics and the client's business metrics
Spotting opportunities to improve performance across the whole acquisition funnel
Working with our internal team to deliver consistent monthly results for clients
What we're looking for

3+ years running Meta lead generation campaigns
Currently freelancing and looking to transition into a full-time position
Strong understanding of campaign optimisation
Ability to diagnose why a campaign isn't performing
Confident with metrics beyond the ad account, including LTV:CAC
Comfortable writing ad copy for different treatments and service types
Able to design clean, on-brand creatives in Canva
Strong attention to detail with reporting and tracking
Takes ownership and thinks strategically
Bonus points

Video editing for short-form ads (Reels, UGC style)
Beauty or aesthetic clinic experience
Knowledge of Australian health and beauty advertising compliance
Experience with GoHighLevel
Ability to map basic funnels and recommend better follow-up
