About the Role
We are a fast-growing, full-service agency with a tight-knit team of nine: four on the marketing side and five in SEO. We are looking for a dedicated Media Buyer who will work exclusively for our agency as a true tea
This is a rare opportunity to own a critical function from day one, with a clear path to grow into a leadership role as the team expands. You will report directly to agency leadership and work closely with both the marketing and SEO divisions to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels.
Own the full media buying process, from strategy and audience targeting to creative testing, budget management, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media with organic strategy, SEO initiatives, and overall agency goals.
Analyze campaign data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Manage and track media spend accurately, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently and ROI is consistently maximized.
Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives to stay ahead of beta features and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Two to five years of hands-on paid media buying experience, either agency or in-house.
Proficiency with at least two major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, or similar.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make confident decisions.
Experience managing mid-to-large media budgets with proven performance results.
Comfort working in a lean, collaborative team where initiative is valued.
Solid understanding of the full digital marketing funnel and how paid media connects with SEO and content.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain media performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working within or alongside a marketing team.
Familiarity with attribution modelling and multi-touch reporting.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
