JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a data-driven Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our Paid Media Manager and Creative Strategy team to turn creative assets into profitable, scalable campaigns. This role is hands-on: you'll be in the ad accounts daily, testing, analyzing, and iterating to drive efficient growth.

What you'll do:

Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms as needed
Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with revenue and ROAS/CPA targets
Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation for each platform
Continuously monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV)
Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Partner with the Creative Strategy and Video Editing teams to brief new ad concepts and identify winning creative angles
Track and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and industry best practices across ad networks
Manage and pace daily/monthly ad spend budgets responsibly.

What we're looking for:
Proven hands-on experience building and managing paid campaigns in Google Ads, AppLovin, and Meta Ads Manager
Experience with additional ad platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, programmatic/DSP, etc.) is a plus
Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: funnel metrics, attribution, LTV, ROAS, CPA
Comfort working with data — pulling reports, building dashboards, and using numbers to guide decisions
Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands preferred
Familiarity with tracking/analytics tools (Google Analytics, pixel/conversion API setups, UTM tracking)
A test-and-learn mindset — comfortable running experiments and adapting quickly based on results
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative and design teams
Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously

Nice to have:
Experience scaling ad accounts with meaningful monthly ad spend
Background in footwear, fashion, or consumer products
Knowledge of automation or scripting for campaign management/reporting

How to Apply:

Please submit the following:
Updated resume
Portfolio or examples of funnels you have built
Brief summary of your relevant experience
