We're a fast-moving direct-response advertising operation running paid Meta campaigns across multiple international markets. We test hard, move fast, and hold a high bar for execution. We're looking for a
What you'll be doing:
Launching new ads and test campaigns across multiple ad accounts on a daily basis
Monitoring ad performance and flagging anything that needs attention — rejected ads, budget issues, delivery drops
Analyzing campaign stats and reporting key metrics to the team in a clear, timely way
Alerting the team immediately when ads are rejected and coordinating the fix
Working with management to request new profiles and ad accounts when needed, and keeping track of account health
Staying on top of any platform policy changes or account flags before they become a bigger problem
Who you are:
You've run Meta ad accounts before — not just "boosted posts," actual campaign management with multiple objectives, ad sets, and creative variables
You're comfortable reading data and know the difference between a performance problem and a delivery problem
You're detail-oriented and proactive — if something looks off, you say something without waiting to be asked
You can manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
You communicate clearly and don't overcomplicate your updates
Nice to have:
Experience working with direct-response or e-commerce brands
Familiarity with running ads across international markets
Comfort with ad account structures at scale (multiple BMs, proxies, etc.)
Pay: $5 USD/hour
