JOB OVERVIEW

Stop Running Ads. Start Engineering Profitable Customer Acquisition.

Media Buyer - Meta & Performance Marketing

Most media buyers optimize CPMs. You'll build scalable acquisition machines that print money while you sleep.

About Rescale Media

We're not just another e-commerce company. We're a brand incubator on a mission to build enduring, value-driven brands that bring meaningful products into families' lives.

We've scaled from just drop shipping to a 30+ person team doing $1M+/month. Our goal? Multi 9-figures. And we're just getting started.

Our Core Values

???? GENIUSES & OWNERS

We partner with builders who think like founders. Not employees waiting to be told what to do—owners who see a problem and fix it.

? ITERATIONS > HOURS

We don't measure success by time at your desk. We measure it by how fast you can test, learn, and improve. Ship it. Learn. Repeat.

???? TRUTH OVER EGO

We prioritize honesty and clarity, even when it's uncomfortable. No politics. No BS. Just data and results.

The Role

We spend serious money on Meta ads—and we need someone who treats every dollar like it's their own.

You won't just 'manage' campaigns. You'll partner with our Creative Strategists to test winning angles, analyze performance data to find insights others miss, and scale what works while killing what doesn't.

Our brands have product-market fit. Your job is to pour fuel on the fire—profitably.

What You'll Do

Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands
Analyze performance data daily and make rapid optimization decisions
Collaborate with Creative Strategy on ad concepts, hooks, and angles
Build and test audience strategies—LALs, interests, broad, and everything in between
Maintain ROAS targets while scaling spend
Create clear performance reports and insights for leadership
Stay ahead of platform changes and test new features

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Proven track record of managing $500K+/month in ad spend profitably
Deep understanding of Meta's algorithm, attribution, and optimization
Strong analytical skills—you live in the data
Experience with creative testing frameworks (you know a hook from a headline)
E-commerce experience preferred (DTC brands a plus)

Bonus Points

Experience with $100K+/month spend
Background in creative strategy or copywriting
You've scaled campaigns from test budgets to 6-figure monthly spend
Experience with other platforms (TikTok, Google, Taboola) is nice but not required

This Role Is NOT For...

We're being direct because we respect your time:

Media buyers who just 'set and forget'
Those who blame the algorithm when things don't work
Anyone who can't explain WHY a campaign is working (or not)
People who aren't comfortable with high stakes and tight targets

Compensation & Benefits

???? Monthly Salary: $1,500/month

Plus:

Monthly performance bonuses tied to company Operating Profit (5-25% of salary)
Quarterly profit pool distribution (2-7.5% of company profits shared among team)
Remote-first environment (European timezone preferred)
Work with a team of A-players who actually give a damn
Direct founder access—no layers of bureaucracy
Real ownership of your domain—we don't micromanage

Our Hiring Process

We don't waste time—yours or ours. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Application (You're here!)
Step 2: Initial Interview with Founder
Step 3: Internal Assessment by Rescale
Step 4: WhatsApp update for next steps
Step 5: Signing of Independent Contractor and NDA
Step 6: Onboarding and Training

Total timeline: 1 week from application to offer.

Ready to Apply?

[ ---------- ]

Complete the application form above. Be thorough—this is your first impression.

P.S.

Our best media buyer once found a winning audience that nobody else was targeting. It scaled to 6-figures in spend. If you have stories like that, we want to hear them.

P.P.S.

If you're reading this far, you're already more thorough than 90% of applicants. That's exactly who we want.
