JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and professional Media & Advertising Outreach Assistant to make calls and communicate with different media, advertising, and technology companies.

Responsibilities:

Make calls to media and advertising companies.
Speak with sales representatives and account managers.
Ask questions, gather information, and take clear notes.
Follow up with contacts when needed.
Provide a short summary/update after each call.
Help coordinate meetings with relevant representatives.

Requirements:

Good spoken English and communication skills.
Confident and professional on calls.
Good listening, questioning, and note-taking skills.
Reliable and organized with follow-ups.
Experience in digital advertising, media buying, or advertising agencies is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, or similar platforms is a big plus.
