NOW HIRING: Medical Virtual Assistant (Surgery Nurse Background Required)
???? Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Surgery Nurse with a strong hospital background to join our team as a Medical Virtual Assistant (MedVA) supporting our U.S. healthcare clients.

Position Details:
• Full-time | Long-term | Remote
• $5–$7/hour (based on experience)
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with 5+ years of hospital experience (surgical setting preferred)
• At least 2 years experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
• Experience in Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Neurology (at least one required)
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize Med-Legal Reports
• Create detailed Case Chronologies
• Perform administrative tasks and data entry
• Review and summarize medical records
• Support physicians with documentation and coordination tasks

System Experience:
• eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience is a strong advantage
