freight booking, you directly impact our brand reputation. You ensure that every "BBO Poker
Table" and "Game Theory Table" moves seamlessly from a build plan to a customer’s home,
eliminating friction and boosting productivity across the entire organization.

inventory, staffing, and capacity constraints.

Customer Service to the local dispatch team—to keep everyone aligned.

accessory, color, and customization to ensure order completeness.
? The Strategic Thinker: You don't just follow a process; you audit SOPs and update
scheduling logic based on seasonal trends and business goals.

What You’ll Deliver:
? Daily Flow: Update build lists, conduct shipping coordination meetings, and generate
Bills of Lading (BOL).
? Logistics Mastery: Secure freight bookings, track orders proactively, and manage
overflow needs with the Product Operations Manager.
? Strategic Planning: Participate in quarterly KPI "Deep Dives" and contribute to annual
production and logistics strategies.
? Visibility: Provide real-time updates and shared production SLAs to ensure
stakeholders always know where an order stands.
