We are a U.S.-based digital advertising agency seeking a highly experienced Google Ads specialist to lead strategy, execution, and optimization for performance-driven campaigns.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a true operator. Someone who understands how to drive measurable results, optimize at a granular level, and take ownership of campaign performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Plan, launch, and manage high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Build and optimize conversion tracking systems using Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Develop data-driven campaign strategies tailored to each client’s industry, audience, and goals
• Continuously optimize campaigns through:
• Bid strategy adjustments (manual + automated)
• Keyword refinement and expansion
• Audience segmentation
• Ad creative testing
• Analyze performance data and make strategic decisions based on real metrics—not assumptions
• Create projections, forecast performance, and contribute to budget planning
• Collaborate on landing page and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates
• Deliver clear, actionable reports using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven experience with:
• Google Tag Manager implementation
• Conversion tracking (form fills, calls, events, etc.)
• GA4 setup and analysis
Strong understanding of:
• Lead generation funnels
• Landing page optimization (CRO principles)
• Keyword research and audience targeting
• Experience managing significant ad budgets with accountability for ROI
• Comfortable making manual optimizations and detailed adjustments
• Ability to interpret historical data and apply it to future strategy
Proficiency with:
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Looker Studio
• Google Search Console
• Google Business Profile
• Google Merchant Center
