JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing online fitness and nutrition coaching brand led by a physician and certified coach. We help busy professional women over 35 with hormonal weight gain, gut health, and the frustration of diets that never lasted. Our content is the front door of the business. Every video either builds trust with our audience or turns viewers into coaching clients.

We're looking for a Master Scriptwriter who can capture our voice and write short-form video scripts that stop the scroll, connect emotionally, and convert.

What You'll Do

Write 3 short-form video scripts per day for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Write a mix of awareness content (education, myth-busting, relatable stories) and conversion content (strong hooks, clear offers, keyword-to-DM calls to action).
Write in our brand voice: confident, warm, science-backed, and easy to understand. No hype and no exaggerated claims.
Do simple edits when needed, such as trimming clips, adding captions or text overlays, and small fixes.
Study what performs well and use it to improve the hooks and angles in future scripts.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience writing scripts for short-form video, such as Reels, TikTok, or Shorts.
Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and direct-response / conversion copywriting.
Excellent written English with a natural, conversational American tone.
Basic video editing skills for simple edits, using a tool like CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Rush.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver every day without missing deadlines.
Bonus: experience in the health, fitness, nutrition, or women's wellness niche.
