JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who already runs mass DM outreach as a core skill — with a proven system, real results, and the experience to back it up. This is not a learning opportunity.
The role:
You'll run high-volume DM campaigns across Instagram, X, and LinkedIn targeting prospects we define. We provide the offer, the ICP, and the messaging direction. You bring the system and execute.
What you'll own:
? Prospect list building across all three platforms based on our targeting criteria
? Writing and split-testing DM sequences that generate real replies
? Running multi-step outreach at scale — connection, opener, follow-ups, qualification
? Managing conversations, handling objections, and handing off booked calls
? Weekly reporting on volume, reply rates, and leads generated
Requirements — non-negotiable:
? You've already done this. Not theoretically. Repeatedly, for real clients, with numbers to prove it.
? You have your own system in place — tools, workflows, warm-up protocols, account management — ready to go
? You know exactly how to run volume on each platform without getting accounts flagged, restricted, or banned
? You can show past campaign data: reply rates, leads generated, deals influenced
? You understand that a reply is not a lead — you know how to qualify before handoff
? You're sharp with copy — cold DMs that read like a real person wrote them, not a bot
Compensation:

$800 – $1500/month base depending on volume and platforms covered
Commission on every closed deal sourced from your outreach (uncapped, details discussed during interview)
