We are a fast-growing US protein ice cream brand. We sell direct to consumers on
Shopify and we are live on Amazon FBA. We are opening two wholesale channels right
now and we need someone who already knows how these platforms work, because we do
not have time to teach the basics.

That last part is the whole job description, honestly. We are not looking for
someone we have to walk through what Faire is or how Amazon Seller Central works.
We are looking for someone who reads "set up our Faire storefront" and already
knows what that means.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

- Manage our Faire wholesale storefront. Review incoming buyer order requests,
research each buyer, and flag anyone who looks like an Amazon reseller rather
than a real retail store. This is the single most important task and it starts
day one.
- Help set up and maintain our RangeMe profile and other wholesale marketplace
listings.
- Support our Amazon catalog: listing accuracy, content updates, keeping product
information clean and consistent across channels.
- Keep product data consistent between Shopify, Amazon and our wholesale channels.
- Flag problems before we find them. If a listing is wrong, an order looks
suspicious, or something is out of stock somewhere it should not be, we want to
hear it from you first.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO ALREADY KNOW

You should have hands on experience with at least three of these:
- Faire
- Amazon Seller Central
- Shopify
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- TikTok Shop
- RangeMe

Tell us specifically which ones, and what you actually did on each. "Familiar with
Amazon" tells us nothing. "I managed 40 SKUs on Amazon Seller Central for a
supplement brand, handled listing creation and flat file uploads" tells us
everything.

WHAT WE ARE LIKE TO WORK FOR

- Long term. We are not looking for a one off project. Our current team members
have been with us a long time and we treat them like real employees.
- We pay every week, on time, through Wise.
- We are small. You will talk directly to the founder and to me. There is no
layer of managers between you and the decisions.
- We like people who come to us with their own ideas. Our best team members tell
us what we should be doing, they do not wait to be told.
- Start part time at 20 hours a week. If you are good and the workload grows,
the hours and the rate grow with it.

WHAT WE DO NOT WANT

- Someone who needs to be taught what these platforms are.
- Someone who disappears for two days and then explains why.
- Agencies or teams applying on behalf of someone else. We want to hire a person.

HOW TO APPLY

on each one. Be specific.
3. Tell us one real thing about yourself that has nothing to do with work.

or Amazon. There is no right answer. We want to see how you think.

about an hour and we pay for your time either way.
