ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a senior-level SEO Manager to lead Amazon and Walmart listing optimization across multiple client accounts. This is a leadership role, not a junior execution role.

You will be responsible for setting listing optimization strategy, reviewing and approving listing changes, mentoring SEO specialists, and driving measurable improvements in indexation, rankings, and conversion.

This role requires strong judgment, deep experience, and the ability to explain WHY decisions are made, not just how to use tools.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Own listing optimization strategy for Amazon and Walmart client accounts
--- Lead keyword research and keyword clustering strategy for new and existing listings
--- Review, refine, and approve listing copy before publication
--- Ensure proper keyword placement across titles, bullets, descriptions, backend fields, and attributes
--- Diagnose and resolve indexation, ranking, and conversion issues
--- Work closely with PPC and Design teams to align SEO and conversion strategy
--- Train, mentor, and review work from Listing Specialists and SEO tea ---------- mbers
--- Create, document, and enforce SEO SOPs and best practices
--- Monitor listing performance and recommend optimization updates based on data
--- Provide clear insights and recommendations to internal leadership

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
--- 3+ years experience working at an Amazon or Walmart AGENCY
--- Experience managing SEO and listing optimization for multiple brands at once
--- Experience reviewing, approving, or rejecting listing changes made by other tea ---------- mbers
--- Strong understanding of keyword intent, SERP analysis, and ranking vs conversion tradeoffs
--- Ability to clearly explain optimization decisions and past results
--- Experience handling listings that failed or underperformed and correcting them

TOOLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You must have experience using the tools below, but you must NOT be dependent on them. Tools should support decisions, not make decisions for you.

--- Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Listing Analyzer, Index Checker)
--- DataDive or similar keyword clustering tools
--- Amazon Brand Analytics
--- Amazon Search Term Reports
--- Walmart Seller Center and Walmart keyword research tools
--- Google Sheets (advanced level)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
--- Proven agency experience and leadership mindset
--- Independent thinker with strong judgment
--- Comfortable making decisions without perfect data
--- Ability to scale SEO processes and train others
--- High attention to detail with strategic thinking

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
A resume is REQUIRED to be considered for this role. Applications without a resume will not be reviewed.

When applying, please answer the following questions clearly.

--- Which Amazon or Walmart agencies have you worked for?
--- How many brands were you responsible for at one time?
--- What was your role in approving or rejecting listing changes?
--- Which SEO tools do you use and when do you ignore their recommendations?
--- How important is using tools like ChatGPT or other ChatBots in your day to day work?
--- How often should SEO / Indexing be performed on a product listing?
--- How do you manage and track multiple brands, product listings, and client accounts to efficiently ensure ongoing SEO cadence?
- How many tea ---------- mbers should be on a listing optimization team? What are their roles and responsibilities? And, how many clients should each team be able to effectively manage ongoing SEO?

Applications without agency experience, without a resume, or without answers to the questions above will not be considered.
