We are looking for a data-driven Marketplace Growth Specialist to take ownership of our presence on platforms . This is not a customer service or order processing role. Your mission is to protect our "Digital Shelf," analyze performance trends, and proactively drive revenue growth through strategic optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics: Conduct weekly and monthly deep dives into Year-over-Year (YOY) and Month-over-Month (MOM) sales data to identify trends, wins, and red flags.
Revenue Investigation: Actively investigate why key "Hero Products" may be seeing a decline in sales and implement recovery strategies (e.g., pricing adjustments, content refreshes, competition investigation)
Digital Shelf Management: Ensure our products are winning the "digital shelf." This includes monitoring search rankings, ensuring high-quality imagery/SEO, and checking that we are categorized correctly versus competitors.
Channel Strategy: Identify opportunities for promotion, better visibility, and portfolio expansion within the platform’s ecosystem.
Reporting: Present clear, actionable insights to management rather than just raw data.
Requirements
Analytical Mindset: You must be comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and enjoy "connecting the dots" between data points and real-world sales.
Marketplace Experience: Previous experience managing UK-based marketplaces (The Range, Amazon, eBay, etc.) is highly preferred.
Problem Solver: You don’t just report that sales are down; you come to the table with three reasons why and a plan to fix it.
Attention to Detail: High standards for how our brand is represented on the platform.
