Role Overview
Lead the coordination and execution of new product launches by ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and ready before inventory goes live. This role ensures smooth execution, clear communication, and continuous workflow improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage new product listing timelines from planning to launch
• Provide structured weekly project updates with clear summaries and recommendations
• Ensure product listings are set up correctly across marketplaces including Amazon, Shopify, Target, Walmart, Faire, and Mirakl
• Maintain accurate product categorization, variations, and listing structure across marketplaces
• Ensure all listing elements are complete and accurate before launch (content, images, pricing, promotions, bundles)
• Identify listing gaps, compliance risks, or delays early and take corrective actions
• Resolve listing or compliance issues within defined timelines
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required to resolve listing issues
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and records
• Stay updated on marketplace requirements and policy changes
• Any other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central
• Strong knowledge of Amazon flat files, variation listings, and listing requirements
• Experience with A+ Content, bulk image uploads, and account health compliance submissions
• Familiarity with Amazon promotions and bundle creation
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment
• Time tracking software may be used to support productivity and workflow management
Job Details:
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking
