JOB OVERVIEW

Marketplace Assistant — Localize (Remote, U.S. Hours)

We started Localize with a simple mission: connect people directly to farmers.

It's time for an update: we just crossed 1 million downloads with a very small team. We're now hiring for a critical early role.

What this role is
You'll work directly with our founders across many different operational areas. That's why it doesn't have a formal specialized title like most job postings. What you work on will change as the company does.

What we're looking for
Recent grad, 0–2 years out
Hard skills background: engineering, sciences, finance, mathematics, or similar
High willingness to learn
Fluent English, written and spoken

On English fluency
This role requires communicating directly with U.S. stakeholders (farmers, partners, vendors, customers), so fluent English is a hard requirement. You don't need to be a native speaker. There will be a live video interview, and fluency will be assessed there.

$10 USD/hour
Fully remote
Must work U.S. hours (PST)
