About the Company

We are a fast-growing global fashion accessories brand selling internationally through our ecommerce store and major online marketplaces. Our products are distributed through platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other global marketplaces, and we are continuously expanding our digital presence.

To support our growth, we are looking for an Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist who will help manage our online stores, optimize product listings, and support marketplace growth.

This is a fully remote role, and we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates

Your Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces
* Upload new products and ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date
* Optimize listings for search visibility, ranking, and conversions
* Monitor and maintain product information, images, pricing, and inventory
* Support sales and marketing initiatives across ecommerce channels
* Conduct keyword research and listing optimizationfor marketplaces
* Monitor marketplace performance, competitors, and trends
* Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and best practices
* Assist with launching new products and collections online
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve ecommerce operations

* Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or other marketplaces
* Experience managing product catalogs and ecommerce listings
* Understanding of marketplace optimization, SEO, and product visibility
* Interest in fashion, ecommerce, and consumer brands
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Analytical mindset focused on improving sales performance
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
