Purpose of the Team
The goal of this team is to create and execute cohesive, data-driven marketing strategies that support each subsidiary while maintaining strong brand alignment across the Everly ecosystem.
Rather than each company marketing in isolation, the marketing team operates centrally—leveraging shared strategy, tools, and talent—to drive measurable growth.
How the Team Operates
The team works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to:
Develop marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
Identify growth opportunities across brands
Execute campaigns that directly support sales and customer acquisition
In the early stages:
The CRO will lead the team directly
Strategy, structure, and execution processes will be built collaboratively
What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
Depending on the individual’s strengths, responsibilities may include:
Campaign planning and execution
Digital marketing (paid ads, SEO,
Brand positioning and messaging
Performance tracking and optimization
Cross-brand coordination and collaboration
Tea

As the team grows:
