JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Strategy(media buyer and campaign ideas)

We already have a development team responsible for the technical side of marketing, including website development, landing pages, integrations, automations, tracking infrastructure, and other backend needs.

We are looking for someone focused on the strategic and analytical side of marketing and customer acquisition.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Understand and continuously study our target audience.
Plan, monitor, and optimize Meta/Facebook campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, appointments, conversions, and acquisition costs.
Identify which cities, audiences, offers, messages, and services produce the best customers.
Develop strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, and local communities.
Increase engagement and strengthen Remod's local brand presence.
Work with real project content, reviews, Before & After, and customer testimonials.
Research competitors and identify new market opportunities.
Learn from customer behavior and continuously adjust the strategy based on actual results.
Coordinate with our developers, content team, sales team, and management.
What We Need

We are not looking primarily for a developer or website designer.

We need someone who understands marketing strategy, campaigns, analytics, customer behavior, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

The objective is simple:

Understand our market → Reach the right homeowners → Generate qualified opportunities → Measure results → Learn → Improve → Scale.
