We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee client campaigns, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing results. This role combines project management, client communication, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands marketing KPIs, and can manage multiple moving parts while maintaining clear communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Team Management
Plan, organize, and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
Assign tasks to contractors and tea
Monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely execution
Maintain structured workflows and improve operational efficiency
Client Communication & Reporting
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Provide regular updates on campaign performance and deliverables
Present results in a clear, professional, and client-friendly manner
Manage client expectations and escalate issues when needed
Performance Tracking & KPIs
Track and analyze key marketing KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, CPA, CTR, etc.)
Collect and organize data from various marketing channels
Prepare performance reports and summaries
Ensure accuracy and consistency before sharing results with clients
Quality Control
Review deliverables from contractors before submission
Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
Identify issues and coordinate corrections quickly
Systems & Tools Management
Use CRM systems to track client interactions and campaign progress
Maintain organized records of tasks, communications, and results
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) to manage workflows
Coordinate across communication platforms (e.g., Slack,
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing project management, account management, or similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and KPIs
Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating remote teams or contractors
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in agency or client-service environments
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and reporting dashboards
