JOB OVERVIEW

Cap Building Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Virtual Assistant to help expand our commercial construction and facility maintenance client base throughout the United States.

About Us
We provide commercial maintenance, renovations, repairs, and construction services for retail, restaurant, industrial, and multi-site clients.

Responsibilities
• Research facility management companies, property managers, and national accounts
• Identify vendor registration opportunities
• Complete contractor prequalification applications
• Maintain and update HubSpot CRM
• Build prospect lists and contact databases
• Send outreach emails and follow up with prospects
• Track opportunities and sales pipeline
• Monitor bid opportunities and RFP postings
• Schedule meetings for company leadership
• Generate weekly business development reports

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Strong internet research skills
• Experience in B2B lead generation
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Construction or facility management experience is a plus

KPIs
• 50+ new prospects added weekly
• 25+ outreach emails weekly
• Vendor applications submitted monthly
• Meetings booked with prospective clients
