Job Title: Marketing Manager (experience caravans )
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing activities to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role focuses on delivering measurable results, managing campaigns, and improving return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns
• Set clear KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversions, revenue)
• Manage marketing budget effectively
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
• Generate high-quality leads (not just volume)
• Monitor lead quality and conversion rates
• Work closely with sales team to improve closing rates
• Fix issues like “many leads but no sales”
3. Digital Marketing
• Manage campaigns across:
• ?

• Optimise ads to reduce cost per lead
• Track and improve ROI on all campaigns
4. Content & Branding
• Oversee website, social media, and content
• Ensure consistent brand message
• Manage photos, videos, and product listings
• Promote key products (e.g. caravan models, layouts, stock)
5. Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance weekly:
• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Conversion rate
• Provide clear reports to management
• Identify what is working and what
Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in lead generation marketing
• Strong knowledge of
• Ability to analyse data and improve performance
• Experience working with sales teams
• Results-driven mindset (focus on revenue, not just activity)
KPIs (Very Important)
You should clearly define success:
• Cost per lead target (e.g. $10-25 depending on product)
