JOB OVERVIEW
We help coaches and consultants run online events that actually convert. Our founder is on video and on stage constantly and there is far more raw material than there is anyone to do something with it.
We need one person to own the content engine.
This is a production role with judgement attached. You will not be writing strategy decks. You will be turning a founder's ideas, calls and recordings into a weekly newsletter, social posts and short video, on schedule, in her voice, without needing to be chased.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Produce a weekly
Publish three social posts a week across Instagram,
Cut short vertical video from long form recordings. Captions, hooks, thumbnails.
Build and schedule
Design in Canva to an existing brand kit, so social graphics, lead magnets, event assets.
Keep the content calendar honest, so nothing goes out late and nothing goes out twice.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO ALREADY KNOW
Two years or more producing content for one brand or founder, not agency-style across twenty.
Genuinely strong written English. This role writes in someone else's voice and that only works if your own is good.
Canva to a real standard.
Video editing for short form. CapCut, Premiere or Descript, we do not mind which.
Scheduling and
NICE TO HAVE
Basic paid social. Simple analytics reporting. Podcast or YouTube production.
WHO THIS SUITS
Someone who wants to own a channel rather than fill a queue. If you have ever quietly fixed a founder's calendar because you could see it was about to fall over, you will like it here.
HOW TO APPLY
Do not send a generic application, we will not read it.
Send us:
Two writing samples you produced for someone else, in their voice, with a line on what the brief was.
Two short vertical videos you cut yourself.
A link to your Canva portfolio or three graphics.
Your answer to this: you have a sixty minute recorded interview with the founder. Tell us the first four things you would make from it and the order you would make them in.
Start your application with the word RIVERBED so we know you read the whole ad.
