About Us

We're one of the top-producing teams in the Greater Philadelphia Area under Compass Real Estate. With a team of 30+, we're fast-paced, deadline-driven, and determined to do our best for our agents and clients. We're growing our marketing team and looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to help support our website and social media production.

About You

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, punctual, and creative. We have a number of SOPs already in place to help guide you into the role, but we'll also be looking to you for expertise and creative ideas to help us accomplish our 2026 goals and beyond.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and update our team website through GoHighLevel (GHL)
Plan and implement social media calendars and content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, in partnership with the Marketing Manager
Generate ideas to help expand our reach on social media and beyond
Implement our Listing Marketing SOP for new listings
Create weekly tea ---------- eting slides with the Marketing Manager and Director of Operations
Support small admin tasks as needed
Take on other marketing responsibilities as they come up

Qualifications

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM/website platform, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
Experience creating and scheduling social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Comfortable with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
Knowledge of AI platforms to scale content production
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong written communication skills
A self-starter who can follow SOPs while also bringing creative ideas to the table
Real estate or team marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time
Choice of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Remote
Fixed monthly rate, discussed at interview
