JOB OVERVIEW

Starting Salary: $1,200 per month AUD Work hours: Mon to Fri 6AM to 2PM — Philippines Time (8AM to 4PM Brisbane) Working for an Australian in Brisbane Long-term

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing engine of a growing spiritual coaching and training business. In this role, you will be the voice behind our social media and inbox, the hands behind our content scheduling and graphics, and the person who keeps our GoHighLevel back office running smoothly. You'll work directly with the founder, and your work will directly drive audience growth, enquiries and enrolments.

This is a marketing-first role. If you enjoy owning a process, spotting what needs doing before you're asked, and seeing your work move the numbers, you'll do well here.

Key Responsibilities

Daily

Maintain a zero inbox in GoHighLevel — respond to all enquiries promptly and professionally
Reply to every comment and ---------- across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Upload video content and build graphics for the online programs inside GoHighLevel
Schedule and post content across all platforms according to the monthly content plan
Send an end-of-day report summarising what was completed and what's outstanding

Weekly

Track and report on leads, sales, conversion rate and ad performance
Support content production — captions, thumbnails, repurposing long-form into short-form
Flag content gaps, trends and audience questions worth turning into content

Monthly

Load and schedule the monthly content batch across all channels
Maintain program content and member communications in GoHighLevel
Deliver a performance snapshot: what posted, what performed best, what to adjust
What We're Looking For
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — workflows, calendars, email, memberships and back office
Strong Facebook and Instagram skills, including managing DMs, comments and community engagement
Excellent written English — warm, natural and professional, especially in DMs and email
Confident with basic graphic design (Canva or similar) and uploading/organising video content
Comfortable reading and reporting on marketing numbers — leads, conversions, ad stats
An action taker with no confidence issues — you make the call, and if something goes wrong we figure it out together. There is no such thing as a mistake here
Proactive communicator who raises issues early rather than going quiet
Accountable — you know your strengths and your gaps, and you speak up about both
A self-starter who can think on their feet when there's no SOP for the situation
Comfortable working with spiritual, mediumship and trauma-related subject matter, and handling sensitive conversations with respect and care
Previous experience as a marketing VA, social media manager or content coordinator is a strong advantage

Weekly and monthly reports delivered without needing to be chased
