Role Summary
The VA supports the marketing and CRM operations engine. This is an SOP-driven execution role. The VA ensures that new leads are correctly segmented, nurtured, tracked, and followed-up across
The VA does not perform direct sales, closing, pricing, project management, invoicing, or engineering tasks.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Intake & Segmentation (CSV ?
? Import contact batches provided by management
? Tag by:
? Audience

? Assign CRM status
? Add brief context notes
2. CRM Nurture Execution (
? Monitor replies & inbox daily
? Update lead status per SOP:
? Cold ? Warm ? Opportunity
? Trigger nurture sequences and touchpoints
? Add short structured notes for pipeline clarity
? Escalate Warm/Opportunity leads to Executive for scoping
3. LinkedIn Management
? Send connection requests to Warm/Engaged leads
? Respond to basic inbound messages
? Conduct light role/company verification
? Log meaningful touchpoints into
4. Content Posting & Engagement
? Draft and post 2–3 weekly LinkedIn posts (after approval)
? Use Canva for simple creatives
? Track basic metrics (likes/comments/impressions)
? Log into KPI sheet
5. Networking Lead Support (Blinq)
? After events, clean, categorize, and segment leads
? Assign funnels + statuses inside
? Tag by event source
6. Weekly Reporting (KPIs)
? Update CRM + LinkedIn KPI sheet
? Provide written weekly summary in Slack
? Surface Warm/Opportunity leads for Executive
? Monitor funnel health and response trends
? Confirm nurture automations are functioning
