JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing VA — GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Business Profile
Select Source Water, LLC | Full Time | $900–$1,200 USD/month + bonus

TO APPLY: Start your message with "SSW MKTG — [your first name]". Applications that skip this are not read.

------------------------------------------------------------------
ABOUT US
------------------------------------------------------------------
Select Source Water, LLC has been in business since 1998. We are a water treatment company in Northern California and an authorized independent provider working within The Home Depot Home Services ecosystem. We install whole-home water filtration, water softeners, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems.

Our funnel is simple: a homeowner books an in-home water test, one of our specialists visits and tests their water, and presents options. You run the marketing and the CRM that feed and support that funnel.

We are a stable, established company. We pay on time, every time. We want someone who stays with us for years, not months.

------------------------------------------------------------------
THE FOUR LANES YOU OWN
------------------------------------------------------------------
1. GOHIGHLEVEL (GHL) — about 25% of your time
- Own our GoHighLevel account: pipelines, workflows, tags, smart lists, custom fields, calendars, forms
- Build and maintain automated follow-up: new lead sequences, appointment confirmations and reminders, no-show and cancellation recovery, long-term nurture
- Watch that automations are actually firing the way they are supposed to, and fix them when they are not
- Keep the database clean: duplicates, tag accuracy, opt-out list
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards inside GHL

2. GOOGLE ADS — about 15%
- Day-to-day management of Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Monitor spend, pause what is not working, adjust budgets and bids
- Keyword research and negative keyword management for our service areas
- Conversion tracking set up correctly and reporting back into the CRM

3. META ADS (Facebook + Instagram) — about 15%
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns and ad sets
- Audience building, retargeting, and lookalikes
- Load creatives and copy from approved assets, test and iterate
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API working and reporting accurately

4. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILES — MULTI-LOCATION — about 15%
Read this part carefully. It is a bigger piece of the job than it looks, and
the setup is the hardest work in the whole role.

We are building out a multi-location Google Business Profile presence for
Select Source Water. We are starting with about 10 profiles and growing from
there deliberately, in batches, rather than all at once. These are not
separate businesses. They are one company across many locations, and they
have to read that way — same name format, same primary and secondary
categories, same service list, same description style, same photo standards,
same hours logic. Uniform and professional on every single one.

- Create, claim, and verify profiles the right way, using Google's location
group process rather than one-off signups
- Build the master reference that defines exactly how every profile should
read, so profile 11 matches profile 1 without anyone re-d ----------
- Keep name, address, and phone identical and correct everywhere. This is
what makes or breaks local search, and it is where most multi-location
setups quietly fall apart.
- Ongoing management once they are ---------- posts, photos, Q&A, services,
hours, and profile messages
- Watch for suspensions, duplicate listings, and unauthorized edits, and get
them resolved
- Know Google's guidelines well enough to tell us when something we want to
do would put a listing at risk. We would much rather hear that early than
find out through a suspension. We are growing this slowly on purpose, for
exactly that reason.

If you have set up a multi-location Google Business Profile group before,
say so and tell us how many locations and how you verified them. That is
the single most useful thing you can put in your application.

5. ONLINE REPUTATION — every platform, not just Google — about 10%
Homeowners check more than Google before they let someone into their house.
You own our presence and our review responses across:
- Yelp
- Bing Places
- Nextdoor
- Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack
- Facebook
- Better Business Bureau
- Houzz and any other site that matters for home services

- Keep every listing claimed, accurate, and consistent with all the others
- Respond to every review, positive and negative, in our voice and inside
the rules we give you
- Run our review request process after installations
- Flag anything serious to management the same day

------------------------------------------------------------------
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION MONITORING — about 20%
------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a real part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Watch inbound SMS, email, and web chat during your shift. No lead sits unanswered.
- Reply to routine questions, route real questions to the right person fast
- Catch reschedule and cancellation requests immediately and get them rebooked
- Flag anything urgent or negative to management the same hour

------------------------------------------------------------------
YOU WILL ALSO LEARN OUR IN-HOUSE PLATFORM
------------------------------------------------------------------
We run a proprietary operations platform alongside GoHighLevel. We will train you on it. You do not need to know it going in — but you need to be the kind of person who picks up new software fast, reads the documentation, and asks good questions instead of guessing. In your application, tell us about a software platform you taught yourself.

------------------------------------------------------------------
REQUIRED
------------------------------------------------------------------
- 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL). Not "I have seen it" — you have built workflows, pipelines, and automations yourself
- 2+ years managing live Google Ads accounts with real budget
- 2+ years managing live Meta / Facebook Ads accounts with real budget
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles, and a working knowledge of
Google's guidelines for multi-location businesses
- Excellent written English. You will be writing to American homeowners.
- Reliable computer, backup internet, and backup power. Non-negotiable.
- Available 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine time — this covers our morning in California, when our leads actually come in
- Organized and detail-focused. This role is about catching what falls through cracks.
- You follow rules about what can and cannot be said in marketing. We are in a regulated industry. We will give you a written list of approved and prohibited claims and you follow it exactly, every time, no improvising.

------------------------------------------------------------------
NICE TO HAVE
------------------------------------------------------------------
- US home services experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, plumbing, water, pest, security) — you will already understand our funnel
- Canva or basic creative skills for ad refreshes
- Zapier, ---------- , or n8n
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Multi-location Google Business Profile experience (location groups, bulk
verification, suspension recovery, duplicate cleanup)
- Managing listings and reviews on Yelp, Bing Places, Nextdoor, Angi,
HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, or BBB
- Local SEO and NAP consistency across directories
- Experience writing short SOPs or Loom walkthroughs

------------------------------------------------------------------
WHAT WE OFFER
------------------------------------------------------------------
- $900 - $1,200 USD/month depending on proven experience
- Performance bonus tied to booked appointments and cost per booked appointment
- Long-term role with a company operating since ---------- -------------------------------------------------
HOW TO APPLY — read carefully, we do check
------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Start your message with: SSW MKTG — [your first name]

2. Answer these four questions in writing. Be specific.
a) Describe one GoHighLevel automation you built from scratch. What triggered it, what were the steps, and what problem did it solve?
b) A Google Ads campaign's cost per lead doubled in one week. Walk me through exactly what you check, in order.
c) How do you structure a Meta campaign for a local home-services company that needs booked in-home appointments, not clicks?
d) Tell me about a software platform you taught yourself. How did you learn it and how long did it take?

3. Tell us your monthly salary expectation in USD and your available hours in Philippine time.

We reply to every applicant who follows these steps.
