I am looking for a highly capable and confident Marketing Virtual Assistant who can communicate clearly, think critically, and collaborate effectively with me, my clients, and my team.
This is not an entry-level position.
I need someone who is fluent in English, both written and verbal, and comfortable discussing marketing strategies and technical concepts. You should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to take ownership of your work without constant supervision.
This role requires someone who can not only execute tasks, but also contribute ideas, communicate professionally, and support meaningful conversations with my clients and tea
I. Key Responsibilities
1. GoHighLevel (GHL) & CRM Management
- Manage contacts, pipelines, tagging, and lead flow
- Build, optimize, and maintain funnels, landing pages, and websites
- Set up and manage workflows, automations, triggers, and
2. Digital Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Support campaign strategy, performance tracking, and optimization
- Assist with reporting and scaling efforts
- Support additional advertising platforms as needed
3. Creative & Content Support
- Design marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Create mockups for funnels, landing pages, and campaigns
- Edit video content using Descript or similar platforms

- Manage inboxes, responses, and follow-ups
- Organize files, documents, and data
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
5. Technical & Operational Support
- Troubleshoot systems, tools, and minor technical issues
- Manage integrations between platforms
- Identify and recommend process and system improvements
II. Requirements
1. Must-Haves
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident communicator who can interact professionally with clients, tea
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Video editing experience using Descript or similar tools
- Graphic design skills using Canva or equivalent tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
2. Communication Expectations
You must be able to:
- Clearly explain ideas, processes, and updates
- Ask thoughtful and relevant questions
- Lead or contribute to client-facing conversations when needed
- Collaborate effectively across different roles and personalities
III. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with funnel strategy or conversion rate optimization
- Basic copywriting skills
- Familiarity with automation tools and integrations
- Experience working in fast-paced or agency environments
IV. Work Details
- Full-time role (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
- Fully remote (work from home)
- Must be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
V. Compensation
- $6 to $7 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
