We are building a marketing infrastructure that supports expansion — not chaos.
Role Overview
The Marketing Technology Coordinator owns the technical infrastructure of our marketing department.
This role is responsible for maintaining and improving all marketing systems including websites, landing pages, automation workflows, CRM integrations, analytics tracking, and dashboards.
As we launch new branches each year, this position ensures that every location goes live with fully operational marketing technology from day one.
This is not a content role.
This is not a social media role.
This is a systems and infrastructure role.
Core Responsibilities
Website Management
Handle all websites — new builds and ongoing updates
Duplicate and localize master templates for new branches
Build and update landing pages
Upload blogs, videos, pricing, photos, and copy
Optimize page performance and user experience
Lead Forms & CRM Integration
Create and manage webforms
Ensure proper routing into CRM systems
Build conditional logic for lead routing
Troubleshoot form or tracking errors
Automation
Build and maintain Zapier workflows
Improve efficiency through automation
Ensure clean data flow between systems
Tracking & Analytics
Install and maintain GA4, pixels, and conversion tracking
Ensure campaign attribution accuracy
Identify and resolve tracking inconsistencies
Dashboards & Reporting
Build branch-level dashboards
Automate recurring marketing reports
Monitor performance metrics
Provide data-based optimization recommendations
Branch Launch Execution
For each new branch:
Website live and localized
Forms properly routing
Tracking installed and verified
Dashboards built
Email
Full QA before go-live

All assigned marketing tech projects completed on time
No unresolved tech tasks older than 7 days

Required Skills
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
Landing page creation
Zapier or similar automation tools
CRM form integrations
Google Analytics (GA4)
Dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Databox, etc.)
Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting
