Start Date: ASAP
About Vacarya
Vacarya helps professionals launch profitable Airbnb businesses without buying property. Through a done-for-you system built around rental arbitrage, we handle the heavy lifting: securing sublease-friendly properties, furnishing units, creating listings, and delivering the systems our clients need to operate profitably from day one.
We've launched over 500 properties and helped 100+ clients build new income streams, many while still working full-time jobs. We're a fast-growing, fully remote team spread across the globe, headquartered in Toronto, Canada and serving clients across Canada and the US. We move fast, stay focused, and execute at a high level. We value trust, clarity, and action.
The Role
This is a technical execution role. Our CMO owns strategy and your job is to keep the systems running underneath it. That means building and maintaining complex automations in GoHighLevel, connecting tools via Zapier, n8n, or similar, and making sure nothing breaks silently in the background.
You don't need to run paid ad campaigns. You do need to understand how Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics work well enough to pull accurate data, update our KPI scorecards, and flag when something looks off.
If you're someone who thinks in workflows, likes clean systems, and gets real satisfaction from watching a complex automation run correctly end-to-end, this role is for you.
A note on background: We are looking for someone who has worked inside a marketing agency or managed tech across multiple client accounts. That kind of exposure means you've seen what good looks like, you've dealt with broken systems, and you know how to spot gaps before they become problems. If that's you, make sure it's front and centre in your application.
