JOB OVERVIEW

Remote (Philippines) · AUD $12–25/hr depending on experience · 30–40 hrs/week + 13th month pay · Australian agency

We build marketing systems for regulated industries — and we need the person who runs the machine.

We're an established Australian growth agency working in a highly regulated health sector, building brands, websites, CRM automations and lead nurture journeys for clients where compliance isn't optional. We also own and grow our own internal brands — a 20,000-member online community, an education platform and a product brand — so the systems you build serve businesses we run ourselves, not just client work. Small senior team, founder-led, heavily AI-integrated: Claude is part of how we work every day, and you'll work that way too.

This is not a VA role and not a "template deployer" role. We're hiring one person to own three things:

Build (about half your week): Lead gen pipelines, landing pages, and email/SMS nurture sequences in GoHighLevel. Email marketing end-to-end — newsletters, campaigns and automated flows for clients and our internal brands: building, scheduling, list segmentation and reporting on what performed. Deploying and customising our launch systems per client. Setting up analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Search Console) on every site we ship. QA-ing websites against our launch standard before anything goes live.

Run (most of the rest): Everything in ClickUp. All active projects, deadlines, dependencies and client approvals. Triaging inbound client requests, checking briefs, routing work to our designers and developer. Client onboarding end-to-end. Writing SOPs as our processes stabilise.

Keep the founder on track (the part most people won't do): The founder is the bottleneck on approvals, sign-offs and decisions — that's the nature of a founder-led agency. Part of your job is managing him: a daily short list of exactly what he needs to review or complete, deadlines attached, and following up when he sits on things. If chasing your own boss makes you uncomfortable, this isn't your role. If it sounds satisfying, keep reading.

You're probably a fit if:

You've spent 3+ years agency-side in marketing systems, automation, email or delivery — and you can show us systems you built that actually ran and converted
You're deep in GoHighLevel, or deep in HubSpot/Keap/ActiveCampaign and confident you'd master GHL inside 60 days (we test this)
You've built and sent real email campaigns and newsletters — you know your open rates from your click rates and what you changed because of them
You can build a landing page in GHL or WordPress/Elementor without a developer
You know your way around domains, DNS and hosting well enough to fix things, not just describe them
You use AI tools daily and build with them, not around them
You're the person who notices the form with no success message — details that others miss make you genuinely irritated

Bonus points: WordPress editing beyond landing pages, Shopify, email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SOP writing, experience in regulated industries (health, finance, pharma).

The deal: Independent contractor, 30–40 hours/week, AUD $12–25/hr depending on experience, plus 13th month pay. 90-day trial with clear written goals at day 30, 60 and 90 — you'll know exactly what success looks like. Minimum 6 hours/day overlap with AEST. Long-term role: we're building this seat to grow with the agency.
