JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

Automotive Parts Solutions (APS) is looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise to lead our brand presence and execute data-driven marketing campaigns. This role focuses heavily on building and managing full marketing funnels, creating compelling multi-channel content, and using HubSpot to run, track, and optimize campaigns.

You’ll be involved in the full creative and strategic process from planning marketing initiatives, producing visuals and short-form content, to analyzing performance and refining strategies. A major part of this role involves working inside HubSpot Marketing Hub, managing campaigns, segmenting audiences, building nurturing flows, and pulling meaningful insights from analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the APS brand and drive engagement across social media, email, and digital platforms.
-Create marketing assets such as graphics, short videos, product promos, and branded visuals.
-Manage social media planning, content calendars, and community engagement.
-Use HubSpot to run email campaigns, create workflows, Sales Pipelines, segment audiences, track customer interactions, and analyze performance data.
-Evaluate campaign KPIs through HubSpot analytics and social insights, providing recommendations to improve conversions, engagement, and overall marketing ROI.
-Work closely with leadership to implement new marketing ideas and optimize brand messaging based on data.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who understands marketing beyond simple posting, someone experienced in building campaigns from scratch, positioning a brand, and analyzing results. Strong creative skills are essential, including the ability to produce your own graphics and simple videos.

Most importantly, we need a HubSpot expert, someone comfortable running marketing operations inside HubSpot, including:

-Campaign creation and optimization
-Audience segmentation
-Workflows and email automation
-Reporting and analytics
-Lead nurturing and funnel tracking

Strong communication, creativity, and excellent organizational skills are required, especially since this is a remote role where you’ll manage your own workflow.
