We're a small, fast-moving insurance marketing team looking for one person to own both the strategy and the hands-on execution of our paid social lead generation, Meta ads, funnel builds, and GoHighLevel (GHL) automation. You'll have real decision-making authority over campaigns, and targeting, and you'll be the person accountable for turning ad spend into actual leads.
This is not a "run the ads and hope" role. We track everything, CTR, CPC, cost-per-lead, funnel-stage conversion, and we expect whoever takes this role to read that data, diagnose what's actually breaking, and fix it.
What You'll Own:
1. Paid social strategy - plan and run Meta
2. Funnel & GHL management - build and maintain funnels, opt-in pages, automations, and CRM pipeline hygiene inside GoHighLevel.
3. Conversion troubleshooting - when a campaign gets clicks but no leads, diagnose whether the problem is targeting, creative, or the landing page/offer itself, and fix it.
4. Content oversight - review competitor and creator content samples submitted by our content team, and approve which ones get adapted into original posts.
5. Reporting - send a standing weekly update (metric vs. target, what's working, what's not, next action) without being asked, plus a monthly strategy review.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven, hands-on experience running Meta
2. Real experience building funnels, automations, and pipelines inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
3. Comfortable reading ad metrics (CTR, CPC, cost-per-lead, landing page views, funnel-stage conversion) and explaining what they mean.
4. Strong written English for weekly reporting and async communication.
5. Self-directed, you'll have final say on tactical decisions, so we need someone who can own outcomes, not just take instructions.
6. Big plus: experience marketing insurance, financial services, or another high-trust/considered-purchase product.
7. Plus: experience troubleshooting landing pages or opt-in forms for conversion issues.
How to Apply - please send:
1. Your resume/CV.
2. A short video introduction (2–3 minutes) about your Meta Ads and GHL experience.
3. 2–3 examples of past ad campaigns you've run, with screenshots of actual results (CTR, CPC, leads, spend).
4. A short written answer: describe a time a campaign got clicks but no conversions - how did you diagnose it, and what did you do?
