We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency that works with residential construction companies across the U.S. We're looking for a Marketing Strategist to help us manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensure we’re hitting KPIs, and eventually take ownership of client communication and account success.
You’ll work closely with the founder, our media buyer, and creative director to execute campaign strategies and improve results across multiple clients.
Job Overview
We need a strategic thinker who can spot performance issues, provide actionable direction, and manage tasks across our campaigns and clients. Your role will involve campaign oversight, data analysis, team coordination, and, eventually, client communication.
Core Responsibilities
Send daily updates on client performance and task progress via
Monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta and Google) and ensure cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROAS are within targets
Work with the media buyer and creative team to improve campaign messaging, creative direction, and audience targeting
Track and document KPIs across client accounts in a consistent, organized format
Assist with onboarding new clients by helping set up strategy docs, tracking sheets, CRM stages, and automation flows
Join client meetings for note-taking and strategy feedback, with the goal of eventually leading check-ins
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or media strategy
Strong understanding of paid traffic KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC)
Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Pipedrive, Asana,
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working with home service or construction clients
Copywriting or landing page conversion optimization
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, lead nurturing, or CRM automations
Soft Skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently
Confident communicator who can break down data into clear next steps
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in both internal and external communication

Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours with availability for U.S.-based client calls as needed
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6-month probation period
Most Filipino holidays are honored, except All Saints and All Souls Day
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay: $600–$900/month depending on experience
13th-month bonus after 6 months
Performance bonuses based on client growth and account success
