# Marketing Strategist / GoHighLevel Expert

Dragonfly AI is hiring a highly skilled marketing strategist with deep GoHighLevel experience to help us grow our own company and build advanced marketing systems for our clients.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone who understands marketing strategy, writes excellent English, knows how to create strong offers and campaigns, and can build those campaigns inside GoHighLevel.

The right person will help us with Dragonfly’s own marketing while also helping us create high-quality marketing systems, automations, funnels, follow-up campaigns, and client acquisition systems for U.S.-based businesses.

Dragonfly AI helps U.S. businesses implement AI tools, automation systems, CRMs, marketing workflows, and custom business processes.

We work with business owners who need better lead follow-up, better client communication, stronger marketing campaigns, and smarter systems that save time and increase revenue.

We need someone who can think strategically, write clearly, and build reliable marketing systems inside GoHighLevel.

## Responsibilities

You will help with two main areas:

## 1. Dragonfly AI Marketing

You will help us improve and execute Dragonfly’s own marketing, including:

* Creating marketing campaigns for Dragonfly AI
* Helping develop offers, lead magnets, funnels, and follow-up campaigns
* Writing email campaigns, SMS campaigns, social media ideas, landing page copy, and nurture sequences
* Helping us generate more qualified leads
* Creating campaigns for AI services, automation services, agency services, and client education
* Helping organize our CRM, pipelines, automations, and sales follow-up
* Improving our client onboarding and post-sale communication
* Helping us test new marketing angles and campaign ideas

## 2. Client Marketing Systems

You will also help us build systems for Dragonfly clients, including:

* Building advanced GoHighLevel workflows and automations
* Creating drip campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up systems
* Building funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, pipelines, triggers, tags, and custom fields
* Setting up SMS, email, voicemail drops, appointment reminders, review requests, and task automations
* Creating lead nurture, client reactivation, appointment booking, and sales follow-up campaigns
* Auditing client GoHighLevel accounts and recommending improvements
* Helping clients turn business goals into clear marketing campaigns
* Testing workflows carefully before launch
* Documenting systems clearly for our team and clients

* Interested in AI, automation, and modern marketing systems

## Nice-to-Have Skills

These are not required, but would be a strong bonus:

* Experience marketing AI, automation, SaaS, agency, or consulting services
* Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
* Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhook-based automations
* Experience building GoHighLevel snapshots
* Experience with real estate, home services, coaching, local businesses, or agencies
* Experience creating lead magnets, webinar funnels, or appointment-booking funnels
* Experience with reputation management and review request campaigns
* Experience creating marketing reports or campaign performance summaries
* Basic design sense for landing pages, funnels, and emails

For Dragonfly AI:

* Create a lead magnet funnel for AI automation services
* Build a follow-up campaign for business owners who request an AI audit
* Write email campaigns promoting Dragonfly’s services
* Build a CRM pipeline for Dragonfly leads
* Create nurture campaigns for prospects who are not ready to buy yet
* Help us test different offers, hooks, and marketing angles
* Improve our onboarding and post-sale communication

For Dragonfly clients:

* Build a missed-call text-back automation
* Create a 12-month client nurture campaign
* Build a lead capture funnel with automated follow-up
* Create a reactivation campaign for old leads
* Build appointment reminders and no-show follow-up
* Set up review request campaigns
* Create sales pipelines with automated tasks and follow-up
* Audit and clean up existing GoHighLevel accounts
* Build complete marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation

## Work Style

This role will start part-time or project-based, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term full-time position.

We care more about skill, communication, reliability, and marketing judgment than the number of hours worked.

You should be available for some overlap with U.S. business hours and be comfortable communicating through written updates, Loom/video walkthroughs, project management tools, and team chat.
