JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with proven experience marketing home service companies such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades.

You will be spearheading the marketing efforts for a new startup plumbing company called Gotta Go Plumbing. This role will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, and managing our digital marketing channels.

This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone dedicated to this role who will not be working for other employers or managing multiple companies at the same time.

This position requires someone who understands the home service industry and knows how to generate real leads for plumbing and HVAC companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
• Manage Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
• Create and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads)
• Manage and grow Facebook presence and advertising
• Develop marketing strategies specifically for plumbing and HVAC services
• Monitor marketing performance and lead generation metrics
• Provide weekly reporting on leads, ad spend, and campaign performance
• Work directly with the owner to build and grow the brand

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have experience marketing for plumbing, HVAC, or similar home service businesses.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience with:

• Google Business Profile optimization and ranking
• Google Local Services Ads management
• Pay-Per-Click campaign management
• Facebook marketing and local lead generation
• Local SEO for service businesses

Applicants must be able to provide proof of experience and results.

Examples may include:

• case studies
• campaign dashboards
• screenshots of campaign performance
• references from previous home service companies

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time availability during U.S. working hours
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Experience working with U.S. service businesses
