Job Overview
We are a UK-based mortgage company seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to support brand growth, client acquisition, and lead generation within the UK property and mortgage market.
Your main role is to help attract and nurture qualified mortgage leads through strategic campaigns, content creation, and marketing coordination. You will assist in promoting our services clearly and professionally to a UK-based audience while supporting business development initiatives.
You will work closely with the Director, brokers, and case managers to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and contribute to consistent brand messaging and lead growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at UK mortgage clients
Create, schedule, and manage social media and educational mortgage content
Support lead generation initiatives for property buyers and refinancing clients
Maintain marketing calendars and promotional schedules
Coordinate with brokers, case managers, and management for marketing alignment
Conduct competitor and industry research within the UK mortgage sector
Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports
Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Experience
Strong written and spoken English suitable for UK audiences
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content coordination (preferred)
Understanding of financial services, real estate, or mortgage marketing (preferred)
Ability to present complex information in simple, client-friendly language
Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Creative problem-solving and proactive communication skills
Technical Requirements
