JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist who can effectively drive high-quality traffic to our clients’ accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital growth strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase traffic and engagement
Optimize paid and organic traffic strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data
Manage and scale advertising campaigns for maximum ROI
Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve conversion rates
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and traffic growth

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles
Proven track record of driving traffic and increasing engagement
Strong understanding of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in social media growth strategies
Knowledge of funnel optimization and conversion tracking
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or CRM systems
Background in influencer or creator-based marketing is a plus
