We’re Hiring: Marketing Operator (Full-Stack / “Swiss Army Knife”)
We’re looking for a high-agency Marketing Operator who can own and execute across multiple channels. This isn’t a narrow role — it’s for someone who thrives wearing many hats and turning ideas into real growth.

???? What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end marketing execution, including:
???? Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
???? Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Launch, test, and optimize campaigns for performance
???? SEO & Content
Keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
???? Video Editing (Short-form)
Create/edit reels, TikToks, and ad creatives (fast, engaging, scroll-stopping)
?? Copywriting
Write compelling captions, ad copy, landing pages, and hooks
???? Analytics & Optimization
Track performance, run experiments, and continuously improve results
????? You Might Be a Fit If You:
Are a generalist who can execute, not just strategize
Have experience across multiple marketing channels (not just one)
Are comfortable with tools like:
Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads
Canva / CapCut / Premiere / After Effects (any editing tool)
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Have a strong sense of what works creatively (especially short-form content)
Move fast, test often, and figure things out without hand-holding
? Bonus Points
Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
Basic design skills
Understanding of funnels / conversion optimization
Ability to spot trends early and act on them quickly
