Marketing Specialist – Performance & Conversion Analytics (Remote / Work From Home)

If you love turning marketing data into "here's exactly what we should do next," this role is for you. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands how selling actually works online — someone who can track what's making money, spot what's wasting it, and tell us clearly how to fix it.
You won't be guessing. You'll be measuring, testing, and improving real campaigns that drive real sales.

What You'll Do

Track and report on key channel metrics (CTR, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, ROAS, average order value, and more)
Work side-by-side with our accountant to connect marketing spend to revenue — showing what each channel earns vs. costs, and flagging where to cut, fix, or scale
Partner with our marketer to test and measure CTAs — identifying which calls-to-action convert best
Track attribution: the % of traffic and sales coming from QR codes, unique links, and specific campaigns
Monitor landing page performance (drop-off, bounce, conversion) and recommend improvements
Run A/B tests, document what works, and turn results into simple, actionable recommendations
Build clean, easy-to-read reports the whole team (and our partners) can understand

What We're Looking For

Real, hands-on experience in marketing, performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics
A solid grasp of CTAs, selling products, and how to test and improve them
Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, spreadsheets) and tracking methods (UTM links, QR codes)
You understand core metrics — CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, AOV — and know how to move them in the right direction
A tester's mindset: you like experiments, data, and figuring out why something worked
A clear communicator who can explain numbers simply and collaborate well with a marketer and an accountant
Reliable internet and your own computer

Salary starts at $400/month — with a clear, fast path to your target rate based on performance.
