JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our mortgage lending team. This role will be responsible for designing marketing materials, managing SMS and email campaigns, and helping generate qualified leads while maintaining compliance with mortgage industry standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing within the real estate or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Design

Create professional flyers for loan programs, rate updates, open houses, and promotions

Design social media graphics and branded marketing materials

Develop marketing content for Realtors, referral partners, and borrowers

Ensure all marketing materials comply with mortgage and advertising regulations

Email & SMS Campaigns

Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging

Lead Generation & Branding

Support brand growth across digital platforms

Update website content as needed

Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels

Administrative Marketing Support

Coordinate marketing schedules and campaign timelines

Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports

Manage CRM marketing workflows and automations

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing (mortgage or real estate industry preferred)

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

Knowledge of SMS marketing systems

CRM automation experience (GoHighLevel, etc.)
