We are looking for a creative and passionate full-stack Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible
for developing our markets across the United States, Canada and Europe. The mission is simple but challenging: Take
our high-quality content and turn it into a lead-generation engine :
- Paid Distribution: Execute and manage end-to-end ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta. You’ll handle
everything from audience segmenting and creative testing to budget allocation and bid management.
- Search Excellence (SEO and more): Go beyond basic keywords. You will lead our traditional SEO efforts and
implement Programmatic SEO (PSEO) strategies to capture long-tail high-intent traffic at scale.
- The "Science" of Marketing: You don't guess; you test. You will run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and
CTAs, measuring everything against CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and lead quality.
- Journey Optimization: Use Google Analytics (GA4) and heatmaps to analyze how traffic moves through our
site. You’ll identify friction points in the customer journey and work to smooth them out to increase
conversion rates.
- Reporting & Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll regularly report on ROI,
attribution, and "what we should do next."

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years as full stack marketer
- Social media proficiency (ads included) : META, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube
- Analytics : GA4, Clarity
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
